Using both BambooHR and Jobvite together, the transition from applicant to new employee is as smooth as butter. After you’ve singled out the right applicant to fill the open position and the offer letter is signed, you simply update the status in Jobvite to hired. Within the hour, BambooHR will pull the information of any new hires into its system. Lots of fields will sync up so that you don’t have to re-enter information that was already recorded in Jobvite. Some of the information that will automatically sync together is hire date, job title, address, manager and ethnicity.

Likewise, employee information from BambooHR is pushed back to Jobvite once a day to allow specified employees access to hiring notes and other details so they can stay in the loop.

Sometimes when solutions come together, it’s a win-win.
