In 2015, BambooHR wanted to find a way to give back to the HR community. But as a business smack dab in the middle of the SMB range, renting a convention center and putting up guests wasn’t in the cards.

Then we had an epiphany: What would happen if we took a traditional HR conference and presented it digitally? This would open up new HR insights to professionals in the same boat—those who need a fresh take on people strategy but can’t afford travel costs and conference fees.

Since then, more than 50,000 people have viewed over 300 presentations, earning more than 100,000 professional development credits. But the impact we can’t measure—how these insights have shaped the working experience for millions of employees worldwide—makes it even more worthwhile.
