The Elevate Summit: BambooHR’s First Ever User Conference

11,000 feet. That’s 2 miles. Or 3.352 kilometers.

That’s how high the mountains reach at the world-class Snowbird Resort, home of the first ever BambooHR user conference, The Elevate Summit, this April 26-28.

But as monumental as the heights of the Snowbird mountains are, the professional heights the attendees of the Elevate Summit are expected to reach might just surpass them. Because after months (years, really) of thought, the three-day user conference is specifically designed to inspire HR professionals like never before and elevate them to their next level of HR mastery.

When Elevate Summit attendees return home to their organizations, we expect they’ll be champing at the bit to lift their entire workforce to those same heights and be equipped to do just that.

Education and Inspiration

Of those confirmed so far, The Elevate Summit includes multiple keynote speeches from HR and culture experts like Susan Cain, Patty McCord, and Shawn Murphy, as well as BambooHR’s founders, Ben Peterson and Ryan Sanders. Each keynote presenter is uniquely prepared to help HR professionals navigate through the various challenges they face in the business world today and offer inspiration that should bolster attendees’ efforts in the different aspects of their day-to-day work.

There will also be a wide variety of breakout and work sessions to choose from throughout the event. So, whether you’re looking for ways to improve your people analytics, or if you’re simply determined to increase your employee engagement, there will be a session specifically tailored to help you meet your goals. And, as a cherry on top, professional development credit will be offered!

Speaking of face-to-face conversations, more than 200 industry experts and enthusiasts will be attending the event, and we’ll make sure to give you every networking opportunity you desire, including networking lunches.
