First, we import all of your employees’ personal information, compensation data, job information and employment status, then expand it to include benefits, trainings, licensing, emergency contacts and dependents.

We structure your new system.

Next, we help you configure your BambooHR package for your organization’s specific needs. This can include setting up customized email alerts, tables, and fields. We’ll then configure leave types and policies, assign policies to employees, and import balances.

We streamline the rollout.

We’ll even help you roll the system out to your company, including giving your employees self-service access so they can update their personal information, request time off and more. With BambooHR Advantage, we'll also show you how to create custom access levels to make sure that HR generalists, recruiters, managers, and others have access to what they need—and nothing more.
