At BambooHR, we believe employee experience is the foundation of a successful business, so much so that we’ve created an entire podcast about it. That’s right, BambooHR has a podcast! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of The Era, hosted by our own CEO, Brad Rencher.
Over the course of the first season, we’ll explore the business world’s transition from being customer obsessed to being employee obsessed and how you can evolve your business with real-life stories, interviews with top HR thought leaders, and Brad’s own 25 years of leadership experience.
Our first episode drops March 5, 2021 and will feature Katie Burke, chief people officer at HubSpot. Brad and Katie will focus on how putting your people first can help your organization grow from good to great and answer questions like:
