Allison Kiniry is a Senior People (HR) Business Partner at PayScale. Allison recently joined PayScale in September 2018. She has been working as an HR Professional in a variety of HR roles for the last 14 years with companies such as UnderArmour and Sinclair Broadcast Group. She prides herself on being a strategic business partner across all levels of an organization. Allison also believes in providing good HR customer service while also being known for strong leadership, taking the initiative and forward thinking.

Mariah joined SurveyMonkey in 2013 and drives employee experience across the organization. In partnership with senior leadership, she strategizes and develops initiatives around employee engagement, training and development, and diversity. Prior to her time at SurveyMonkey, she spent several years in the recruiting space. Mariah received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Portland and spent six years in finance and accounting roles prior to shifting to candidate and employee experience.
