Caring for The Whole Employee

Why Organizations Must Look Beyond the Workday

Facing one of the toughest recruiting markets of all time and historically low unemployment rates, organizations are having to shift their mindsets to a more mutually beneficial perspective. This means providing holistic employee wellness through their employee experience and benefits offerings. Besides being more humane, the new social contract—where employers and employees recognize their responsibility to each other and both are fully invested in meeting those responsibilities—provides many strategic results to organizations of all sizes.

By recognizing their ability to impact employees both inside and outside the office, organizations create more well-rounded and balanced employees. And when employees’ needs are met and they feel engaged, they perform better work.
In this course you will learn:
• How to create a meaningful employee experience and benefits package that will increase engagement and give you a competitive advantage in your recruiting market
• How to perform a gap analysis to help you and other leaders at your organization identify aspects that are negatively and positively impacting your whole-employee experience
• Effective ways to measure how well your organization is currently meeting whole-employee needs and whether or not the changes you decide to make are successful
