Lauren has been living in the Bay Area for over 25 years and brings 15+ yrs of experience creating and scaling innovative reentry and fair chance employment strategies. Having started her career in the non-profit and public sectors, she spent the last several years helping the City and County of San Francisco to strengthen workforce opportunities for people who are previously incarcerated. Currently the Fair Chance Program Manager, she’s helping to lead Checkr’s diversity and mission initiatives with a focus on strengthening and expanding fair chance employment opportunities in the tech sector.

Courtney Renick-Mayer

Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion at DoorDash

Courtney is an employee experience guru, social justice advocate, dog mom, avid true crime podcast listener, and very average rock climber. Although Courtney spent nearly eight years in the advertising industry, she transitioned to diversity and inclusion work in 2017 to better align with her values and worldview. As a Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at DoorDash, Courtney builds and implements intentional diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and programs that allow employees, specifically people of color and women of all backgrounds, to bring their best selves to work.

Rehana is a dedicated fighter for vulnerable talent with a track record of successful programming and thought leadership.
