We’re a diverse team coming from many different backgrounds and hometowns. The big thing we have in common? We love solving problems for customers. If you have payroll skills, that’s awesome. But if you have amazing organizational skills and a persistent, problem-solving, and compassionate personality, that’s even better. After all, we can teach anyone how to be a payroll expert (psst...that’s our job!), but the warrior spirit comes from within.

What do we do?

Onboard payroll customers.

We build relationships with our customers and get to know their companies so the payroll onboarding process goes as smoothly as possible. We optimize the software solutions to meet their payroll needs and help streamline their current payroll processes to get the most from our software integration.

Train hard to teach easily.

When it comes to payroll knowledge, we’re the experts. We love educating people and sharing our knowledge with customers to set them up for success. We go through extensive training ourselves to ensure our customers utilize all the payroll software features to the fullest. This also includes making sure our software is compliant with state, federal, and local regulations for all 50 states.

Continue our payroll education.

The payroll world is ever-changing, and we’re always learning. Whether it’s a change in regulations or new software features, being proactive and thorough with our own payroll education helps us lay the strongest possible foundation for our customers. We do the heavy textbook lifting so they have the tools and knowledge to be successful today and in the future.
