As a BambooHR intern, you won’t make coffee runs and file papers. You’ll get hands-on experience working on our award-winning product with exceptional teams. We don’t just want our interns to have something to add to their resume (but of course that’s nice, too). We want them to walk away with real work experience. At BambooHR, you aren’t just the intern, you’re a member of the team.

We value the work interns do for us and think they deserve to be compensated for it. All BambooHR internships are paid. And to show you you’re really a part of the family, you’re also invited to our company events.

Receive valuable mentorship.

Every intern is assigned a mentor in addition to their manager. Your mentor is there to help you every step of your internship, to make sure you develop the skills you’re looking for and get the experience you need.

Do great work.

No matter which team you intern on at BambooHR, we are focused on giving you the tools and training you need to do great work. Whether you’re helping the dev team make our product the best it can be or helping the marketing team launch our newest offering, you’ll be a valuable part of our success.
