This is the place to be if you need help figuring out a feature in BambooHR. The BambooHR Help Center houses written step-by-step guides that detail how every feature in BambooHR works. Want to watch a video instead of reading? You’re in luck. Many help guides include video tutorials.
The Help Center is organized by feature, making it easy to navigate. You can access the Help Center by selecting “BambooHR Help Center” under the “?” icon in your BambooHR account or by visiting help.bamboohr.com and logging in with your BambooHR company domain, username, and password.
Hints and Tips Videos

Only have a minute? Hints and Tips are short videos that highlight useful features in BambooHR such as helpful reports or specific email alerts to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You can find these videos in the BambooHR Help Center.
Interactive Guides
If you want extra help completing a specific action in BambooHR, our interactive guides do just that. These helpful guides take you through a selected action step by step, with instruction pop-ups to let you know exactly where to click and when.
You can search for them under the “?” icon in your BambooHR account. The play icon indicates an interactive guide.
Note: These guides run in your live account, so any actions you take while completing an interactive guide will actually appear in your account.

Feature workshops are an easy way to get started with features you haven’t been using in your BambooHR account. Over two or three one-hour sessions, a talented customer education specialist guides you through the steps to set up and roll out the feature, with dedicated work time, live Q&A during each session, and specific homework assignments in between sessions.

We’re always working on improving our product. We post a release note for every change we make in BambooHR, and we make announcements for major releases. But the best way to stay in the loop on product changes is through Thirty Thirty, our monthly product update video. Thirty Thirty is sent to all customers via email at the end of every month.
